Data Controller

All data collected through DiveSYNC remains the property of the individual diver, coach or team member. Data cannot be viewed by DiveSYNC personnel. Only persons with permission by the member may view data and analytics. 

Collected Personal Data

Account data is saved only for the purposes of subscription and technical support. 

Members have the option to remove team members. Confidential medical information is not stored or shared within the app other than by design with qualified and linked medical personnel within a divers team.

All members under 18 years of age are required to add parental agreement to use the DiveSYNC application. 

 If at anytime a team member is ocncerned about the wellbeing of an atlhete, they should contact their club or national team safeguarding lead for support and guidance. These will be available through club or NSO websites. 

Purpose of collecting data

Data collected through the DiveSYNC app is used for functionality and performance insights. Individuals may add or rmeove connected users within their account dashboard.
